Intercultural Charter School Receives Uniforms for Students

SIERF, Uniforms by Logo Express and UTNO on behalf of the Mayor Mitch Landrieu presented uniforms to the children of Intercultural Charter School.

Dear Ms. K. Sutton,

I am pleased to say thank you for assisting some of the children at my school by providing them with brand new uniform pants for this school year. Here at The Intercultural Charter School, we pride ourselves on accepting and embracing differences in various cultures in an academically challenging environment.
Unfortunately we have many families that are affected by the poor economy and who are struggling just to find a home of their own. Many families are “doubled up” with other family members for economic support. For this reason, it was so amazing for SIERF, UTNO and Uniforms by Logo Express to team up together and offer help to some of our school children with brand new uniform pants. Every little bit of support helps the children both emotionally and academically. As we presented the uniform pants to 9 children, we also celebrated how wonderful it feels when benevolent organizations support our students.
The remaining donated uniform pants will be distributed to other students who are in need. Thank you from the bottom of our heart at The Intercultural Charter School in New Orleans, LA.
