ORASEE RUSSELL

Orasee is owner and founder of Russell Real Estate Development Company. The company focuses on developing communities by improving substandard structures and providing solutions to distressed property issues.

Orasee worked as a Real Estate Broker, Associate, and Train¬er with Coldwell Banker. His experience was built in the fast paced real estate market of Los Angeles and the South Bay area.

His career began in1999, with Century 21 where he quickly excelled as a self starter with outstanding client service. He later moved to T.R.G Real Estate Corporation in Torrance Ca. where he attained top producer status. He later transferred to Coldwell Banker where he has closed many commercial and residential deals.

Orasee Is an investor and founded Transitions Inc. a small corporation focused on community re-development. He is a member of the local, state, and national Association of Realtors.

Orasee enlisted in the military as a U. S. Marine in 1981, and served over seas in joint task force operations with NATO and Allied Forces Southern Europe in a rapid deploy¬ment alert force dedicated to protecting American and NATO personnel and property.

Orasee has worked in local law enforcement the City of Los Angeles Department of Transportation and has served an in¬structor and training officer for over a decade, training new and veteran traffic officers.

He has served as a youth leader with Mission Ebenezer Family Church located in Carson California and has served helping teens thru the many challenges of transitioning to young adults.

Orasee currently serves as President of Harbor City/Harbor Gateway Chamber of Commerce. During his term as President of The Chamber, Orasee has been directly involved in the develop¬ment of many new start up businesses. He sponsors grand openings and ribbon cuttings for businesses in the Southern California area. Orasee conducts fund raiser events for vari¬ous charities and hosts a monthly business mixer venue where entrepreneur and business owners have the opportuni¬ty to trade ideas and business services. From youth organiza¬tions to large corporations, Orasee has been directly involved with developing and promoting the building of strong, safe and productive communities
